3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
Sift cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each, then beat in vanilla. With mixer on low add flour mixture alternating with sour cream. Beginning and ending with flour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min
Cool in pan 5 min, transfer to wire rack

Toll House Chocolate White Chip Cookies
2 1/4 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa

1/4 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg
12 oz white chip
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Cream together butter, sugars, vanilla. Add eggs. Add flour mixture gradually. Stir in chips

4 oz tomato sauce

1 t. Mustard
1 T. worcestershire sauce
